When you shop at our “Shopping Cart” icon, you are shopping on a secure website where your information may not be seen by others. Always look for URL’s that display the beginning “https” (the “s” added stands for a secure server) such as in https//www.thepondexperts.com.

Shipping Information:

We ship all items from the “Shopping Cart” icon by UPS Ground only. We ship from Upland, California. These charges are calculated at checkout and paid by you the customer. Most items ship within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday). We try to be as quick as possible understanding that when someone buys something, they are usually eager to get it as soon as possible. Your credit card will be charged when your order is packed to be shipped.

If merchandise is damaged in transit, the customer should file a claim immediately with UPS. Save any packaging in case UPS needs to confirm.

Backorders:

We ship all orders as quickly as possible although sometimes items might be out of stock. If we have an item out of stock, we will email you if we feel it will not ship within 4 days. At that time we will ask you to let us know if you still want, or don’t want the order. In addition, if you prefer to check stock prior to ordering, do not hesitate to call Waterscape Designs, Inc. at 909-981-1731. Your order will be charged to your credit card when your order is packed to be shipped.

Return Policy:

Please note that there are items that cannot be returned. All sales are final on pumps, ultraviolet units, ultraviolet accessories or any special orders. Please consider these purchases carefully since there are no returns or credits.

We do return other items not included above. Items subject to return must be returned to Waterscape Designs, Inc. in their original, unopened packaging, containing any manuals, etc. and unused. Merchandise qualifying for “return” may be returned up to 30 days after purchase and must be returned with a copy of the sales order & a note giving the reason for return. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable and always the customer’s expense.

Warranties:

Any warranties noted will be honored through the manufacturer and not Waterscape Designs, Inc. Please make sure that all warranty cards are filed with the manufacturer immediately.
