Limited Warranty

All fiberglass ponds and tanks are thoroughly inspected before leaving our manufacturing facility and are guaranteed to be free from factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of 20 (twenty) years.

This warranty is valid providing that the product has been properly installed in accordance with our instructions, and proof of purchase is furnished. Waterscape Designs, Inc. is not liable for damage to the product incurred during transportation, installation, or punctures and cracks resulting from mistreatment or objects falling into the pond. These products are designed for decorative landscape pools and are not meant to be used as a swimming pool or spa.

Limitation of liability:

In all events, Waterscape Designs, Inc. liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. It is the purchasers responsibility to install and use the product in a safe and responsible manner. The installation should comply with all applicable building codes and the area should be made inaccessible to unsupervised children to prevent possible accidents. All electrical equipment in the ponds vicinity, should be GFCI protected.
